English, David – 13 Oct 2010, Sacramento County (Sac): Client was charged with Felony exhibiting a firearm not in self-defense and battery upon two minors.  Got the DA to lower the felony to a misdemeanor and dismiss the battery charge altogether.  Client served only 15 days in jail and was ordered to complete 30 days of anger management meetings.

Kirksey, Joshua – 18 Oct 2010, San Joaquin County (Stockton): Client charged with carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a loaded firearm in a public place and driving on a suspended license.  We got the DA to dismiss carrying a loaded firearm in a public place and the suspended license.  Client served NO time in jail, only $170.00 in fines and received only one year probation.  Court further agreed that if client obeyed all laws, after a year the remaining gun charge would be dismissed!

Gaynor, Shaun – 09 Nov 2010, San Francisco County (SF): Client was charged with an illegal turn on a red light. Took client’s case to trial, got the court to dismiss the illegal turn and then client was able to plea to a non-point, “coasting” citation which resulted in no points on their license.

Hotaki, Karimullah – 23 Nov 2010, Solano County (Fairfield): Client was charged with speeding and lack of insurance.  Attorney convinced the officer to dismiss the lack of insurance, client was only forced to pay the minimum fine amount.

Greenberg, Ricky – Alameda County (Pleasanton): 30 Nov 2010: Client was cited for failure to wear his seat belt.  Attorney spoke with officer and convinced officer to dismiss the matter.

Man, Derek – Solano County (Fairfield): 01 Dec 2010, Solano County (Fairfield): Client was charged with following too closely, too matter to trial, case dismissed!
